One of the first things you will notice about our food is the flavor! The reason for this is that everything is made from scratch including our soups and sauces… Fresh ingredients are also used for our homemade recipes in our paninis, wraps, pastries and baked goods. There is a lot of love that is included in everything we make.
So, whether you are stopping by for a coffee and pastry on your way to work or having lunch we hope that you will feel warmly welcomed and satisfied when you leave.

I grew up as a local, graduating from North Bend High School. Like most, I moved away only to return home twenty years later. I’ve always had a passion for cooking, so when I came back to the coast I decided to return to school and pursue a career in the culinary field. With the love and support of family and friends, I soon found myself a graduate of the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute, and a proud owner of The Grounds Cafe for three years. I am now calling Flappers Coffee House my new home where I am able to step out of my box and further my culinary adventures.
I met Greg Nichols when I saw him post on Facebook about a roaring twenties coffee house and I was instantly intrigued. After I found out that he was looking for a manager, we struck up the conversation and have worked together since.
